Family Wellness Associates

Family Wellness Associates offers outpatient treatment, designed for individuals 18 years of age and older who are struggling with substance abuse disorders and any co-occurring psychiatric disorders who need to continue working while in treatment, or may have other extenuating circumstances prohibiting them from attending full day treatment programs. BHIS/HCBS services available for children. OWI Evaluations are available upon request and can be scheduled by calling the office.
