Welcome to Zion! We are the Community Mental Health Center for Cass County. We also serve Audobon, Green and Guthrie counties. We have substance use and gambling treatment locations in across south-central Iowa. Located in Adel, Atlantic, Clarinda, Creston, Greenfield, Perry, Red Oak, and Shenandoah. We also offer Peer Recovery Services. Our men's residential treatment program and halfway house are in Clarinda. We offer DUI courses. UCS has a MAT clinic that located at our Atlantic office. We also have an Integrated Health Program (IHP). IHP services are in Audubon, Cass, Guthrie, and Shelby counties. We also have a Prevention Department that serves south-central Iowa.
