Behavior Health services to assist with mental health, emotional, or social needs. Behavioral health team members include - Psychiatric Medication Managers, Psychotherapists, and Case Managers. The behavioral health team can assess needs, provide education and information, deliver care, offer support, and make referrals. Available Services Include: Psychiatric Diagnosis and Evaluation Psychiatric Medication Management Psychotherapy Counseling Health and Wellness Education Assessment and Case Management of Community Resource Needs SCHC is offering walk-in hours for new behavioral health intake appointments. Our walk-in clinic hours are designed to link you to the appropriate services. You will receive a comprehensive evaluation with one of our highly trained and qualified therapists to determine the best way we can serve you. Walk-in slots for new patients are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you are granted a slot, please plan to be here for at least 2-3 hours for paperwork and the evaluation. Walk-in Hours for New Patients Only: Mondays: 1:30pm – 6:30pm Wednesdays: 8:00am – 11:00am Thursdays: 1:00pm – 3:30pm
